To define and use your own defined category, select category from masters menu or press Category Master Button from the Toolbar as show below.                                                        Category Master Screen Shows the category master screen. You can press add button and enter category name in the category name input box. Now you can press update button to save this category in the data base. When you press update, it asks to make the category as default or not? You can make the category as default at this stage. This is how you can define and set your own defined category as default.
